Even if something comes from above – the Tray Top Sealer protects

The topic of “product protection“ has top priority in the food production industry. The protection of the product in the conventional E2 container is the focus of the ITEC “Tray Top Sealer”.
Whether it be for internal company transfers or for delivering to customers, an E2 container safely sealed from the top is an excellent idea.
The “Tray Top Sealer” accommodates the E2 container and secures a film on the top of it, which is thermally fixed.
This has a whole number of advantages. The possibility of foreign bodies entering the product is drastically reduced, the product is protected against contact as the film acts as an access barrier, the stackability is completely effective and here the film also protects against things coming from above.
The film can be used an advertising medium as it can be inscribed using any conventional inkjet and an EAN code can be added.
Everyone is familiar with the problem of removing labels when cleaning the boxes but thanks to the protective film this problem is a thing of the past.
The Tray-Top-Sealer provides solutions for several problems at once, protects the product, advertises for the manufacturer, transports goods information and facilitates the container cleaning.
The protective film itself can be completely removed again without leaving any residue.
Despite the film, condensation does not build up in the E2 container as the air can circulate freely through the openings on the top of the container.
