In the restaurant "Faktorei" in Duisburg chef Stefan Cammann almost abandons hotplates. His concept rests upon steamers and refrigerators. Stefan Cammann doesn't see himself as a rebel but tries to use the opportunities of the new millenium - and his guests are very enthused.
