Hydrosol GmbH & Co. KG

Hydrosol has established itself in the international market as a centre of excellence for the development of stabilizing systems for specific applications. From hundreds of single components the “Stabilizer People” create tailor-made functional systems for dairy products, desserts, ice cream, delicatessen specialities, ready meals, fish products and meat and sausage products.

In its development work Hydrosol benefits from cooperation with its sister companies in the Stern-Wywiol Gruppe. The firms’ activities revolve around applications research at the Technology Centre in Ahrensburg, near Hamburg, Germany.
